Two things you need to know before deleting your account:
- This is different to cancelling a subscription which can be done here.
- If you cancel a subscription we are able to store your progress including any points and uCoins earned so that, if you ever come back in the future, your points and uCoins will be waiting for you! But, if you choose to delete your account, any progress and uCoins will be lost forever.
If you would still like to delete your account, please follow these simple instructions.
- Go to https://utalk.com/accounts
- Log in to your uTalk account
- Choose 'Privacy' in the purple menu bar at the top
- Follow the link to delete your account.
